Plan ...
This is going to be hard/interesting.
I am a big planner. Really big planner. But I've never planned my meals before. I can definitely plan my work outs, but I think the meals and calorie counting are going to be difficult. I'll hopefully be able to put some plans out here on the blog to be held accountable.
Maybe this planning for eating and exercising thing might help me in planning oh who knows ... my wedding?!?! haha.
